Discovering DeathI cannot keep goldfish alive,  No matter how hard I try.  Maybe it's an omen,  That I'm not meant to own them.   
I purify the water,  I feed them like I ought to.  Still, my goldfish die,  I'm left to wonder why.   
Staring into the tank,  Where my friends once sank.  The bubbly abode,  Is now cold and alone.   
I ponder the meaning,  During a weekly cleaning,  I realize what it is,  I'm just not meant for this.   
Nurturing is not my nature,  I need a magic cure,  For the death disease I pass,  To end the funeral mass.  &n Discovering Death

The Old, Familiar SongYou are like an old, familiar song,  that I can still sing along to,  and when it comes on the radio,  I turn it up loud, I let loose,  Belting the chorus, and botching the verses,  Not caring who hears me, I'll keep singing,  Smiling, remembering the time that has passed,  since that first time I heard the tune,  with chords I hum in my midday naps,  and the lyrics that still bring,  tear-stained cheeks into view.  I won't stop singing to you.

Eyes ClosedIn this year alone, I've found  Nothing worth while.  My effort was put into hating you  Then missing you  Then blindly choosing people to give my heart to  Not realizing I gave it all away.   
I still come back to you.

Dance the Night AwayIt started with a memory.  A sweet and simple memory.  The memory of us.  Do you remember us?   
I do have to admit,  It has been sometime since,  Since us seemed real.  But do you remember?   
It started with a number.  A seven digit number.  My phone number.  Do you remember it?   
When us became you and me,  My number erased from memory,  The times we shared still in my heart,  But you and me grew apart.

Hello.
Through the past three years of my absence I have created new user names and aliases, and even non-aliases...but I have recently decided to submit all of that material to this account and continue the legacy of ErinHunter...and what a legacy that is...haha.

I was a young girl when I started DA, and I can't say that I'm mature, but I know that I more mature than I was before. (or so the world hopes)

I hope to get to know all of my old DA friends again, and make new ones. Hopefully my writing style has developed, and I'm looking forward to critique and comments.
